The parade was an opportunity to thank the volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of the January floods and a chance for staff to unite with the community it serves.
Busy Beat Café extended its hours on Saturday afternoon to cater for parade goers, with many taking the opportunity to grab a coffee while watching the event. Hub Manager Adrian Berry says “We love getting involved in the parade and next year we plan to increase our involvement to be bigger and better”
