Eden Spencer, CEO and Founder of The Skill Xchange, started the digital platform to ‘digitise the trades industry’ and deliver quicker, easier, and more streamlined access to the skills that business and the wider community need. His vision for the platform was so that businesses could thrive by having better access to the resources, jobs, and contractors that they needed to get ahead.
After over a year of growth and learning, The Skill Xchange and The BUSY Group started a new strategic partnership. There were obvious synergies in both organisations and the collective abilities to get more people into jobs, increase productivity, and reduce skill shortage gaps.
