Gold Coast not-for-profit organisation, BUSY At Work has been selected as a finalist for the Australian HR Awards.
The national awards recognise the highest standard of excellence in Human Resources across Australia.
CEO of BUSY At Work Paul Miles says the organisation was honoured to be named as a finalist in Employer of Choice category of public sector and NFP.

BUSY At Work is a well-respected not-for-profit organisation servicing the Queensland employment and apprenticeship services industry, having built up a network of 17 offices since first opening their doors to deliver employment programs on the Gold Coast in 1977, they now have 210 staff.
The organisation now works with thousands of large and small businesses across major sectors every day – from resources to agribusiness, catering to manufacturing – helping them with their workforce, apprenticeship and employment strategies and programs.
BUSY At Work will now compete against seven other finalists including Baptcare, Break Thru People Solutions, Glen Eira City Council, Main Roads WA, St Vincents & Mater Health Sydney, Starlight Children’s Foundation and Translink Transit Authority.
Last year’s winners included a range of highly respected organisations including Deloitte, ANZ, Hamilton Island Enterprises, Foxtel, FedEx and Virgin Australia.
The winners will be announced in Sydney on Friday October 26.
