EDUCATION & SCHOLARSHIPS

The BUSY School

Each year we support disengaged youth through The BUSY School, providing alternative education pathways to ensure young people complete their high school and move into career pathways or further education. With plans to open more campuses across Australia, The BUSY School has campuses across Queensland and in Auckland, New Zealand, supporting hundreds of young people to secure positive futures.

Scholarships & Grants

We administer scholarships and educational grant programs to approximately 75,000 students, encouraging critical thinking and fostering a sense of community among young Australians.

EMPLOYMENT SERVICES

Skills Growth for Industry Through Apprenticeships

Every year we assist tens of thousands of apprentices and businesses with Australian Apprenticeship Support Services, supporting Australia’s skills needs and contributing to workforce development and economic growth.

Assisting Individuals to Find Purpose Through Work

Through Australian Government funded employment services programs, we assist disadvantaged community members including people living with disability, ex-offenders, youth and the long term unemployed to gain skills and find confidence, purpose and financial independence through employment.

COMMUNITY & BUSINESS ENGAGEMENT

Collaboration with Business & Industry

The BUSY Group collaborate with government, industry groups and over 50,000 employers to deliver quality skills outcomes, build workforces and contribute to the growth of the Australian economy.

Community Investment

Annually, The BUSY Group donate tens of thousands of dollars to organisations that support our most disadvantaged community members. These include homeless shelters, women’s shelters and organisations that support mental health.

Through these partnerships, The BUSY Group aims to contribute meaningfully to the resilience and healing of individuals facing these critical challenges in our community.

COMMITMENT TO EQUALITY

Bridging the Gap for First Nations People

The BUSY Group launched our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) for July 2024 – July 2026, reflecting our ongoing commitment to creating positive change and bridging the gap between First Nations Communities and the broader Australian society.

Supporting Women into Non-Traditional Trades

We are committed to ensuring women are empowered to pursue whatever career path they choose and have a committed Women in Non Traditional Trades team, creating a united community and mentoring women when first entering trades.
