Recruitment Solutions to benefit Not-for-Profit sector

BUSY At Work has launched a new specialist recruitment service tailored specifically to the Not-for-Profit sector.

BUSY’s Not-for-Profit Recruitment Service is being offered alongside their Professional Recruitment and Supported Employment Services which are currently being delivered to organisations throughout Australia.

As a Not-for-Profit themselves, BUSY At Work Recruitment Solutions understands the difficulties of managing a tight budget and can source candidates with the right cultural fit, business acumen and empathy for the cause.

As part of giving back to the sector, BUSY At Work will be providing their full recruitment service to Not-for-Profit organisations at a fraction of the price.

This will enable the sector to benefit from the robust methodology, contacts and experience that BUSY At Work Recruitment Solutions brings to the Queensland market.

BUSY At Work’s National Recruitment Manager Kathie Kelly brings many years of experience working for Not-for-Profit organisations having managed community programs along with working as a Fundraising and Partnerships Manager for two large national charities.

Kathie Kelly is also on the board of two Not-for-Profit organisations and is well connected within the sector.

“Having worked in the Not-for-Profit industry for a number of years, I am excited about the opportunity to give back to this industry through the provision of an extremely cost effective premium recruitment service.

“It can be difficult to attract talent to this industry, but through my networks and understanding of the personal and fiscal benefits available, I am confident BUSY At Work can add value to the recruitment process of a number of Not-for-Profits.

“The third sector continues to develop and through the ability to outsource a robust recruitment process at a price they can afford, we will allow organisations to work on what they do best – helping Australians,” stated Kathie.

BUSY At Work is a not-for-profit organisation, its vision is to keep more Queenslanders in jobs, learning new skills and exposed to positive social change. For more than 30 years BUSY has played a key role in growing apprenticeship and traineeship numbers throughout the state.
