BUSY At Work is providing Skilling Queenslanders for Work Training Programs.

Rising Stars – Certificate II in Hospitality


Community Work Skills offers tailored assistance to disadvantaged Queenslanders to gain nationally recognised skills and vocational qualifications up to a Certificate III level; or be employed on community, construction and environmental projects and undertake a Work Skills Traineeship.

Duration: 10 weeks training (theory and Practical) and extended job seeker support to 20 weeks

Program dates:

  • August 2017
  • October 2017
  • January 2018
  • April 2018

Community Work Skills offers tailored assistance to disadvantaged Queenslanders to gain nationally recognised skills and vocational qualifications up to a Certificate III level; or be employed on community, construction and environmental projects and undertake a Work Skills Traineeship.

Eligibility: Existing workers who are under-utilised or under-employed

RTO: SmartSkill

Program dates: April 2016 – April 2017 – rolling starts

Training Location: Hotel Jen, Brisbane
