EDS provides a suite of corporate tailored options with sustainable solutions for your business and employees. In addition EDS delivers community workforce development solutions across a range of industries.

Indigenous Employment

BUSY works closely with organisations and businesses to create and provide work opportunities for Indigenous Australians. As a member of the Indigenous Employment Panel, BUSY At Work is contracted by the Department of Education to provide pre-employment training, mentoring and job placement projects to Indigenous Australians.

Our experienced Indigenous consultants can assist employers with the skills and cultural knowledge necessary to provide sustainable employment opportunities for Indigenous Australians. In turn, they also work with the local communities to prepare Indigenous Australians to take up job opportunities and enhance their employment prospects.

BUSY At Work provide Indigenous Services in coaching, critical skills training, employee coaching programs, leadership training and pre-employment programs.

Our Workforce Capabilities

Our Employment and Career Solutions division assists corporate organisations with a completely tailored program from across all service divisions. Clients may choose to use a tailored service of management, or you may require our expert consultants to assist with Indigenous employment strategies and recruitment. We can provide you with a full service from start to finish or you can choose to nominate only the portion you need support with. BUSY can then project manage these requirements from our Corporate Solutions divisions and provide you with your own account manager to liaise with your organisation directly as you implement your plans and strategies.
