Paul Miles, CEO and Executive Director

Paul Miles, CEO and Executive Director

Paul Miles, CEO and Executive Director at BUSY At Work, has been with BUSY since January 2007, initially as Deputy CEO and then appointed as CEO in late July 2012.

Paul has a degree in Law from Cardiff University, Wales, however retrained as an accountant within the energy industry and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

In between leaving the energy industry and joining BUSY, Paul worked within the financial services sector for major banking and insurance organisations in both Australia and the UK.

Paul is also very proud to have recently joined the Board of the Australian Industry Trade College.

Sue Loch, General Manager - Workforce Planning & Industry Engagement

Sue Loch, General Manager - Workforce Planning & Industry Engagement

For the past 16 years Sue has worked at senior management and executive management levels within the Vocational, Education and Training Sector (VET), with strategic sales and business development, project management and account management responsibilities. She has hands on experience across a broad range of industries including food manufacturing, health, transport & logistics, mining and resources, call centre and corporate management. Sue has extensive networks and a thorough understanding of funding mechanisms available through the Australian Apprenticeships scheme and training Industry.

Within BUSY At Work Sue is the General Manager of our Workforce Planning and Industry Engagement division. She is responsible for working with large blue-chip corporations to secure business and project manage the implementation of customised workforce management programs.

Sue is a Registered Nurse and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Diploma of Business Management. Prior to entering the VET sector Sue worked in the recruitment Industry in both Australia and the United Kingdom.

Leonie brings to the team a background of senior management experience in both Human Resources and broader Business Management. Commencing her career as an Officer in the Australian Army, Leonie has worked across a range of sectors, including Manufacturing, Government, Resources and Community Services. Leonie holds a BA (Economics & Politics), MBA (Human Resources) and Post Graduate qualifications in Accounting.

She is passionate about leadership, building organisational culture and unlocking value through employees.

Bronwyn Dickinson, General Manager - Apprenticeships

Bronwyn is the General Manager – Apprenticeships for BUSY At Work. Bronwyn has 19 years’ experience in leadership management and over 12 years in the training and employment industry.

Bronwyn has a diverse background working across commercial, government and not for profit organisations, where she has effectively delivered successful change management strategies.

Bronwyn has had great success engaging teams and reinvigorating profitability. She has an extensive background in events management and project management. Bronwyn holds a Diploma of Human Resource Management and is undertaking a Bachelor of Business. Bronwyn’s passion lies in the future of training in Australia.

Paul Andrews, General Manager - Programs

Paul Andrews, General Manager - Programs

Paul Andrews is General Manager -Programs at BUSY At Work. Paul has forty years’ experience in the employment and training sector and has qualifications in Management, Training and Organisational Excellence Assessment.

Prior to joining BUSY Paul worked in his own consultancy practice which included organisational evaluations and reviews of apprenticeship and traineeship programs. Paul was involved in the development of the then Australian Traineeship System before accepting a role as HR Director at Sheraton.

Most recently, Paul assisted BUSY At Work to establish the contract to deliver Regulatory Field Services in Victoria.
As General Manager – Programs, Paul is to leverage BUSY’s expertise and relationships to create sustainable programs that compliment BUSY’s Vision.
